This is Scott L. Schwartz. If you ever get into trouble, you'll want him on your side. This guy means business. And his business is playing big and bad. Big may come easy, because he's 6'10" and weighs about 300 pounds. I'm not sure how he pulls off the bad part though, because he actually seems to be very... Well, never mind. Once upon a time there was a man with a gentle voice and quiet charm.
He made several movies and worked in a TV show playing a character who
rode a motorcycle from town to town, touching lives, and singing a little here and there.
Then some of us didn't hear much of him for awhile. We wondered if he would ever come to sing for us again.

Radishes were once thought to be everything from a remedy for kidney stones to a
cure for baldness.
Well, maybe not. But they take
about a month to grow, are low in fat calories, and contain nutritional
goodies such as Folate and Vitamin C. You may have eaten the little red ones raw,
but did you know they are also great cooked? Cooking takes only 5-8 minutes. It
will take some of the heat out of them and they'll lose their bright red coloring,
but you can serve them with any good sauce for cooked vegetables. The tops can be cooked
and served much like beet greens. Some people sprout the seeds and use them as
a salad green or a lettuce replacement in sandwiches.
