| Just want to post a note here for any relatives or near-relatives interested. There is a big get-together planned for Thanksgiving this year (2000) of all the related lines of our families...Battles, Cardon, Carden, Ashworth, Kenner, Smith and so on. We would like to invite all our fellow researchers to join us, as well. The place has been penciled in as Meridian, MS or in close proximity thereto.
